Saddle Stitched (Stapled on Spine)
Soft type binding where pages are printed four up and folded in the middle (spine) and stapled in the fold. Many program books and most magazines are saddle stitched. Due to the paper being folded as a spine - this works well with only small page count books. A great benefit of saddle stitch is the ability to have an uninterrupted graphic span the center of the book.

Wire-O Bound
Also known as double-wire binding because two wires go through a square punched hole. Wire-O binding allows books to lay flat when opened and fold 360 degrees for single-hand use.
